- Quote requests (shippers and brokers): name, company, email, phone number, and pickup and delivery ZIP or postal codes.
- Driver inquiries: name, email, phone number and home ZIP or postal code.
- SMS consent: whether you agreed to receive text messages, the consent wording you agreed to, and when you agreed.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots; it processes limited device and browser information for that purpose only. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to quote requests and driver inquiries.
- To dispatch, track and deliver freight, and to send updates about it.
- To review driver inquiries and contact you about driving opportunities.
- To send text messages you have agreed to receive.
- To keep the website secure and to comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we may send you text messages related to the purpose described on that form: quotes, dispatch and load status updates for shippers and brokers, or your inquiry, application status and driving opportunities for drivers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of doing business with us, or of applying or being hired.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that help us deliver text messages (for example, our messaging platform), only for that purpose.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, email and bot protection), under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

The SMS commitments above apply in every case.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
