Quotes and services

A quote request is not a booking. Prices, pickup times and service terms are confirmed only in a rate confirmation or written agreement with us, and freight we move is subject to that agreement and applicable law. Submitting a driver inquiry does not create an offer of employment or a contract.

SMS terms

• Program: KNORRIS LOGISTICS text messages. Shippers and brokers who opt in receive quotes, dispatch updates and load status. Drivers who opt in receive messages about their inquiry, application status and driving opportunities.
• Opting in: you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms. Consent is optional and is not a condition of doing business with us, or of applying or being hired.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opting out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, opt in again on our website.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@knorrislogistics.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNORRIS LOGISTICS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
